While nearly 99% of our customers are satisfied with their photos, we understand that there may be rare occasions where your photos do not fully meet your expectations. We are committed to providing the best customer experience possible, which is why we offer a complimentary redo or a 100% refund in such cases.However, because our product is digital and to prevent misuse, we have established certain policies to ensure fairness and maintain the high standard of our product for all customers.What Doesn't Qualify for a RefundRefunds may not be available in the following scenarios:

Not Following Our Upload Instructions:

If you are dissatisfied with your output, we will review your uploaded photos to ensure that you followed our upload guidelines.

Using Your Photos:

Downloading your photos is considered using the product. We allow you to preview all of your AI-generated pictures before downloading to prevent abuse.

Timeframe for Refund Requests:

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Team Plans:

For team accounts, we currently offer only partial refunds for unused credits. This policy is due to the higher costs associated with servicing larger customers.

Refunds for GlowPro SubscriptionsIf you would like a refund on your GlowPro subscription, please note the following conditions:

• A full refund can be offered if you have not used any of the editing tools available with your GlowPro subscription, whether it is a weekly or annual subscription.

• The refund will be provided for your most recent payment. For example, if you've made three payments for the weekly subscription, we can only issue a full refund for the third payment.

How To Request a RefundTo request a refund, please contact Customer Support by emailing support@glowpro.ai or by using our chatbox on the website. When requesting a refund, please include the email address associated with your order.How Long Do Refunds TakeWe will review and respond to refund requests, in accordance with this policy, within 1-3 business days. If your refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
